This exhibition looks at the use of paper in design.
It includes examples of design objects in small or large production series as well as storytelling, poetic and experimental works of art in paper that offer conceptual and critical comments on the field of design. Paper is gaining momentum today, as we strive for sustainability and technological advances are creating new possibilities for realizing the full potential of paper.

The exhibition is created by Bit Vejle and based on Søren Kierkegaard’s philosophy.
The exhibition shows Ballerina Bulldog, who, with the help of her power tools, takes responsibility for herself and her tightrope dance through life.

Two paper-cutting artists with unbelievable skills – Xiaoguang Qiao from China and Bit Vejle from Scandinavia – embark upon the same task: to look for dragons in their cultural heritage and make them come alive in a magnificent papercut. What happens when the Chinese and the nordic dragons meet?
